Directions

1To make the chocolate pudding: Blend banana, avocados, cacao, unsweetened oat milk and protein powder together in a blender until light and fluffy.

2To make the coconut cream: Scoop the hard coconut cream out of can and put in food processor. Add maple syrup and salt and mix until whipped.

3To serve layer chocolate pudding and coconut cream (with coconut cream on top). Garnish with cacao nibs.
